WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A RYLMP FELLOW?
A Regional Youth Leadership Mobility Programme Fellow must commit to the following responsibilities:- Participate in all onsite events such as the kick off event, the study visits during the mobilities in all three countries and the final event.
- Attend at least 80% of the online capacity building trainings.
- Maintain communication on a regular basis with other fellows, their team mentor, and their local point of contact of the RYLMP Programme.
- Write 1 policy paper in cooperation with other fellows from the region in one of the thematic areas of this open call.
- Conceptualize, support and implement 1 local advocacy campaign on the topic of their paper in cooperation with other fellows of the programme and their mentor.
ELIGIBILITY OF APPLICANTS
Eligible candidates fulfill the following criteria: Aged 21-30; Have Albanian/Macedonian/Serbian citizenship and are residents within the territory of the country of citizenship; Have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken; Are youth activists/young researchers/young professionals from the civil society sector, academia, the private sector, or freelance; University students pursuing a Master's or Ph.D., as well as recent graduates, are welcome to apply.HOW TO APPLY?

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process will consist of two phases: the evaluation of written applications and interviews with chosen candidates. All written applications will be assessed by a panel of evaluators, which includes representatives from each partner organization and RYLMP Alumni from previous editions. Every applicant will receive updates regarding their application status; however, only those who successfully pass the written evaluation will be invited for an online interview. Following the completion of the interview process, applicants will receive confirmation of their application status via email in November 2025.Important notes:
- Only fully completed applications will be processed.
- Applications fully generated by AI will be disqualified. Limited use of AI tools (e.g for grammar checking or formatting purposes) is permitted but all ideas, analysis advocacy strategies and the letter of motivation must be original work of the applicant. AI use of any sort must be clearly stated in the application.
